We picked ideal shutters over other slightly more competitive companies because the installers are... all trained carpenters and the knowledge of their product was excellent. There is a long lead time on these products but we'll worth the wait. They fitted seven windows in my mother in laws flat in a day. The fitter was punctual, polite and very tidy and the end result is absolutely stunning. I'm now thinking of getting ideal shutters in my house. As an added bonus they have virtually eradicated the terrible condensation and mould problem on her windows. Whole heartedly recommend this companyread more

What can i say first call got a bubbly lady who amongst her questions did not ask me to supply... window sizes just gave me a rough idea in meters square of cost so I had an idea of cost along with I can get my engineer to visit to give you a full quote at no obligation if you would like.We arranged the quotation visit that was a lot of fun ,quote. This was an easy experience from the quote, to the fitting. It was a couple of months wait whilst... they were made but it was well worth this wait! I had a bay and a normal window to be fitted. The Quote
Once our team has completed the in-home consultation, we'll promptly send you an itemised quote via email. Our goal is to get this quote to you on the same day as your visit, so you can make an informed decision about your shutter purchase as quickly as possible.
The Order
Once you've made your decision on which shutters to go ahead with, simply inform us and we'll create an invoice for 50% of the order value. Once we receive the deposit, we'll immediately put your shutters into production.
Post Install Call
After every install, our office team will always call to see if you are 100% satisfied and happy with our service from start to finish. We want you to be thrilled with your new shutters, and we'll do everything we can to make that happen.

On the day of installation, our team of skilled carpenters will arrive promptly at the scheduled time with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to leaving your home spotless. You may even see a familiar face from your initial design consultation, as we believe in building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Production Process
The lead time for the production and delivery of your shutters may vary depending on the time of year and the material chosen. However, we will keep you informed throughout the entire production process to ensure you're up-to-date. Once we receive the shutters, we'll arrange the installation for a date and time that is convenient for you.

There is a long lead time on these products but we'll worth the wait. They fitted seven windows in my mother in laws flat in a day.
