We picked ideal shutters over other slightly more competitive companies because the installers are all trained carpenters and the knowledge of their product was excellent. There is a long lead time on these products but we'll worth the wait. They fitted seven windows in my mother in laws flat in a day. The fitter was punctual, polite and very tidy and the end result is absolutely stunning. I'm now thinking of getting ideal shutters in my house. As an added bonus they have virtually eradicated the terrible condensation and mould problem on her windows. Whole heartedly recommend this company

What can i say first call got a bubbly lady who amongst her questions did not ask me to supply window sizes just gave me a rough idea in meters square of cost so I had an idea of cost along with I can get my engineer to visit to give you a full quote at no obligation if you would like.We arranged the quotation visit that was a lot of fun ,quote. This was an easy experience from the quote, to the fitting. It was a couple of months wait whilst they were made but it was well worth this wait! I had a bay and a normal window to be fitted. The fitter arrived on time and was very pleasant. He was efficient and cleaned up as he worked. They looked great when they were done and made the bedrooms look bigger.
