Had my shutters fitted today shutters are excellent quality and fitted like a glove, also the fitter Dan who put them in was 100% left my lounge clean and tidy,His work was faultless, I would highly recommend this company and hope to have more shutters fitted to other rooms in our house

Recently had shutters fitted in our kitchen - on 6 windows and over patio doors. From start to finish the process was easy. They do what they say, when they say they will, at a price they said they’d do it for. The shutters are an an excellent quality and the fitting was brilliant. The fitters were polite, punctual, friendly and tidy. The office kept me fully updated throughout. If you are looking for shutters I couldn’t recommend this company more highly.

We picked ideal shutters over other slightly more competitive companies because the installers are all trained carpenters and the knowledge of their product was excellent. There is a long lead time on these products but we'll worth the wait. They fitted seven windows in my mother in laws flat in a day. The fitter was punctual, polite and very tidy and the end result is absolutely stunning. I'm now thinking of getting ideal shutters in my house. As an added bonus they have virtually eradicated the terrible condensation and mould problem on her windows. Whole heartedly recommend this company

What can i say first call got a bubbly lady who amongst her questions did not ask me to supply window sizes just gave me a rough idea in meters square of cost so I had an idea of cost along with I can get my engineer to visit to give you a full quote at no obligation if you would like.We arranged the quotation visit that was a lot of fun ,quote. Arrived same day as e mailI signed up next day a gentleman came to fit them I was so pleased so far that I moved my car to make it easier for him to park he fitted the blinds Marvelously and left another good experience.It's great to see all levels of the company brimming over with pride for the company and enthusiasm in there field of work .Thank you ideal shutters.

We can’t fault the service from Ideal Shutters. From the start of the process it has been plain sailing. Every employee we’ve dealt with was friendly and very professional. Dan our initial contact introduced us to all the shutter types and did the survey, Louise efficiently took our order and explained the process, and Adam very tidily and skilfully fitted the shutters. During the fitting, as things took shape I couldn’t take the smile off my face. The end result is better than we anticipated, they look fantastic. It’s refreshing to have dealt with a company where people matter and everything is done to an extremely high standard. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Ideal Shutters to anyone. We’re going to get them back in when the extension is completed. Thank you all.

Great experience from start to finish.Had shutters fitted to the front of the house the team gave constructive advice, measured up for an accurate quote, gave us time to think about it, simple to order then keptbus in the loop with shipping time, when ready came and fitted them quickly and cleanly.Very impressed, will use again.

I’m so pleased with the shutters that were provided and fitted by Ideal Shutters. Louise kept me informed from start to finish and booked me in promptly when the shuttersArrived. The fitter was on time , left no mess and took care and attention when fitting the shutters.When we first moved here we got Hilary’s to do the front of the house. However, after using ideal shutters the cost is lower and the shutters are actually better quality! I cannot recommend this company enough.Emma & Clare

1st class service - Irregular Shaped InstallationsFrom initial contact to final installation Nick and his team were amazing.We had a bespoke fit due to a irregular shape window and they were amazing, offering advice all the way.Once the order had been placed the excellent communication from Louise continued and we were kept informed of delivery dates and leadtimes.The fit itself was superb and there was never any mess. Totally respectfull to our home and the surroundingsI would highly recommend Ideal Shutter to anyone.The shutters have made such a difference to huge triangular shaped windowsThank you for all you have done. So loving my new shutters, make such a huge difference. The team were Absolutely amazing, and so clean and tidy wouldn't have known they'd been! Guys were kind, friendly and professional and Louise, went above and beyond keeping me up to speed with progress and delivery she's awesome. Ideal shutters fitted my plantation shutters, whole house. We absolutely love them. Beautifully fitted, clean and tidy service. We had a guy called Adam and he couldn't have been nicer. Polite and respectful of carpets and decor etc. Couldn't be happier with the service we received

From the first time I contacted Ideal Shutters for a quote to final installation they were nothing but helpful, supportive respectful and patient not to mention extremely competitive price wise!Lauren kept me up to date with delivery and were very flexible with installation date's.Adam the fitter was very respectful of my home cleaning up as he went...I've never known workmen so clean and tidy! He explained everything to me and seemed very passionate about his job!I can't recommend Ideal Shutters enough and would highly recommend them. Nick and his team have now installed shutters throughout all of our home and they look fantastic. From start to finish I cannot fault this company. Workmanship is brilliant and they always things just as tidy as when they arrive. This was an easy experience from the quote, to the fitting. It was a couple of months wait whilst they were made but it was well worth this wait! I had a bay and a normal window to be fitted. The fitter arrived on time and was very pleasant. He was efficient and cleaned up as he worked. They looked great when they were done and made the bedrooms look bigger. The fitter took the trouble to answer all my questions and was a credit to the company.This has been a pleasant experience and I am so pleased with the result. Would recommend without hesitation.

What a wonderful experience it has been going through Ideal Shutters. We had a few quotes, and not only were they the cheapest, they were also the best customer service. Louise was wonderful and always accommodating, Nick and Pav were so friendly and a pleasure to work with through measurements and fitting. Shutters are beautiful and of fantastic quality and lve already decided to get more fitted on our remaining windows. Can’t fault this company one bit.

Absolutely no pressure or hard sell-I was left to consider my options and to make contact at my own leisure. Nick was knowledgeable, courteous , and extremely personable. The quality of the shutters is truly first class-as was the installation. I can’t recommend them highly enough-I have already ordered more! (And I am VERY fussy!!)

If you are looking for shutters then I would highly recommend Ideal Shutters. We wanted shutters for our living room bay windows and Nick was extremely helpful, coming to our house a number of times to show us samples and to measure for us. He was also very quick when emailing/calling back, I could not fault his communication at all. He even personally delivered them to our house when they were ready and gave me a handy how to fit guide! They were definitely the best priced out of the companies that we contacted and the quality of the shutters are amazing we are so happy with them! They have turned out even better than I had hoped. We will definitely be using Ideal Shutters again in the future and would recommend them to all friends and family! Thank you again!
